About the Author
Andy is a bonsai enthusiast from Texas where he lives with his wife and son. His bonsai enthusiasm began in 1991 when he received a bonsai as a gift and his interest has grown steadily ever since. Andy's primary bonsai teachers are Nick Lenz and Kenji Miyata.
Andy started The Bonsai Enthusiast Journal in early 2001, which joined with Stone Lantern and Bonsai Today in late 2002 to become Bonsai Today Online Journal.
Andy is an artist, composer, writer and web designer.
